Mortgage Advisory Group, a highly successful, full circle mortgage banker and mortgage broker in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking highly motivated, top quality candidates for the position of Director of First Impressions. A part-time position is available immediately in Bellevue, WA.

The duties of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greeting clients and the public
• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Disbursement of mail, faxes, documents, etc.
• Making faxes, copies, scans, etc.
• Setting up and maintaining the conference room calendar and meetings
• Disbursement and tracking of office keys, security codes and parking passes
• Set up and close down of the office each day by maintaining office equipment, lights, security, kitchen supplies, etc.
• Calling vendors and working with leasing company on minor property management issues
• Set up of new computers with assistance of IT department
• Moving computer hardware and minor hardware items such as adding a new mouse, etc.
• Minor tech support assistance
• Other tasks as needed with general office support and assistance

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Eligibility to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, Administrative Assistant or equivalent
• Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook skills
• Intermediate Internet skills, including research online
• Typing of at least 50 wpm
• Knowledge of scanning and document archiving
• Understanding and usage of all basic office equipment, including copier, scanner, and fax
• Must be able to handle high stress environment, meet deadlines and give customer service with poise and efficiency*Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Understands the importance of confidential information
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to work for long periods of time at a desk, using a computer, without assistance
• Must pass a criminal background check
